• About Us
We are a group of highly-skilled artists and professionals with a great passion for art and design. We are located in the US and we all have more than 10 years experience in our field (some way over 10!). You'll see the difference this factor makes in the art we create The difference we provide is the level of quality.
• Why use us?
All our customized portraits are made with a combination of high-skilled digital graphic design and personalized human retouching. We never use artificial, pre-made filters in our work, like most, and we commission each project to a qualified artist supervised by our art directors.
We only use quality materials, we don't use cheap glossy paper. We have a 100% satisfaction rate and have been featured in various publications.
1. Sending your photo
After you register, you will be able to upload your photo/s that you want us to use for your portrait. We can also check your photos before you place your order by sending us an email to support@PhotoArt123.com Please don't forget to attach the photo/s you want us to analyze.
1.2. After we receive your order, what next?
After you register and place your order, one of our artist will start working on your photo and when it is ready to be proofed, in 5-7 days, you will receive an email directing you to log into your customer area to view your proof online.
1.3. What happens after I approve my proof online?
Once you approve your proof online, you will receive your order within 10-14 business days. Holiday orders and requests for design changes are subject to extended delivery times. We can process rush orders at an additional charge.

1.4. When will I receive my artwork?
The whole process from start to finish can happen in as little as 14-21 days - Unstreched artwork on canvas or art paper taking the least amount of time. Requests for design changes are subject to extended delivery times
1.5. What if I want modifications when I view my proof?
Absolutely! You can requests modifications to your design, and in 2-5 days you will recieve an email directing you to log into your client area and view your new proof online. When you approve your new proof, we will print your order and you will recieve it within 10 days.

1.4. When you say printed on "Art Paper" what is this?
We use museum-grade archival Artist Paper and archival quality inks that are guaranteed to last up to 100 years when displayed in the right conditions (don't hang your artwork in the sun!). We don't use cheap glossy paper.. the difference is you recieve high-quality artwork that will last a lifetime. You can also choose to have your art printed on high-quality canvas.
2.1. Can I send my photos by mail?
- No digital photos? Not a problem. We can scan your photos for you. Just make sure they are clear and send them to us the following address and we will scan them for you at no extra charge. To avoid bending please pack the photos carefully. You may want to place the photo between two pieces of cardboard. When we receive the photo/s, we will contact you by email or phone. 2.2. What is the best photo for pop art styles?
A headshot of the person, pet or a close up of the object makes the ideal picuture to tune into a pop art portrati. The photos that work best are as follows:
-Good lightning , The light is best if it is coming from the back of the photographer and it's facing the subject. Dark shadows in the face of the subject should be avoided.
-Good contrast and brightness . Make sure the photo is not under or over exposed – Not too dark or too bright.
- A good quality, high resolution pictures turns into the best art. The face of the subject should be clear and large enough to see details.
- If you want to make your portrait fun and add some interest, add some accessories such as glasses, hats, bowties, scarfs and earrings which can be colorized (see our pop art samples).
Not sure which photo will make the best art? You can upload or send us more than one photo and we will let you know which is the best photo for your style of portrait.
2.3. Can I send black and white photo?
Of course. Do you have an old photo you want to revive or a photo you have been looking forwaed to doing something specila? We can work with either black and white or color. No negatives please!

2.4. If there is more than one person in the original photo, or random people in the background, is it possible to use one or multiple subjects from the group?
Yes, we can crop the photo to work with the person, persons or object you desire to have in the portrait. Just make sure that the subject is clear from obstuctions.
2.5. If I have two photos I want to use in the same artwork, does it matter if the faces are different sizes?
We can make them proportional to each other, and still retain the quality.
2.6. If I mail my photos to you, will I get them back?
Yes! We will return your photos to you in the same condition that we received them. We regret that we cannot be held responsible for photos lost in the mail.

3.1. Can I choose my pop art color scheme or can you pick the colors for me?
You can choose which colors you want us to use or you may even send us a photo of the space where your artwork will hang, or a color swatch. Otherwise, our artist will review your photo and choose the colors most suitable. You will receive a proof of the design online, for your approval, to make sure you are happy with the colors.
3.2. If I can't find what I'm looking for, can I custom order?
Do you have a great idea that is not available in the formats that we offer? That's okay, we are open to ALL proposals out there: just sen us an email to support@PhotoArt123.com with the specs and within two business days we will contact you with a quote.
3.3. I want to order a portrait for someone else, how do I do that?
It' s very easy. Go through the ordering and check out process as you as per usual. Once the order and payment is complete, simply change the information in your online profile to the shipping address for that special someone that will receive the order. You can also include the text for the gift card with your personal messeage that we'll send with the portrait. Photo Art makes an incredible gift for someone special.

4.1 How much is shipping my order?
The shipping charges are listed with the price of each item. At checkout shipping charges will be added to your order, except for orders shipped to Canada, in which case, please contact us to give you an accurate shipping cost.
4.2 Do you ship outside the US?
We ship to the US and Canada exclusively. However, if you need to ship to another county, please contact us and we'll let you know if it is possible and provide you with the information needed.

6. Terms and conditions
We will notify you if the photo's quality is inappropriate for the design you have selected. If we require a different photo becuase of quality issues, we will email you explaining the reasons. We will start working on your design and you will be contacted by email, within a week, to let you know that you can proof the finished design online. Once you log into your client area to view your proof, you will have the option to approve or modify your design. Only after you give final approval will your artwork proceed through print production. Your portrait will be shipped, with tracking, in 14 business days or less from the time you approve your design proof. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your design , prior to printing, we will refund 50% of the price paid and cancel your order. If after receiving your Artwork, you are not satisfied -- very unlikely :) -- you have 10 days to return the artwork, at your expense, for a replacement. You MUST contact PhotoArt123 "BEFORE" you return your artwork so that we can provide you with instructions that will allow us to issue you a replacement. If your artwork is damaged, contact us and the so the courier company can pick up the damaged artwork and packaging. We cannot be held responsible for email delivery failures. Holiday orders and requests for design changes are subject to extended delivery times. We can process rush orders at an additional charge. • Photo Retouching: Glamorize/Photo Enhancement
With this option you include notes detailing what level of photo retouching is desired.
Whatever you may call it, it is the same thing. Virtually every photo that goes in a magazine, wether it be of a guy or a girl, goes through some photo retouching. This service is primaraly targeted to the face. With women, photo retouching can include: adding makeup, whitening teeth, brightening the eyes, improving skin tone, de-emphasizing wrinkles, and remove shinny spots from your face. With guys it's the same procedure, however, instead of adding makeup we may just enhance the features (darken the eyes, eyebrows, etc.). When you order the "Glamorize" service, our artist evaluates the photo and then will make any changes needed to make your photo the best it can be.
• Lose the 10 lbs the camera adds
It is a well known fact that photos can make you appear heavier. Our artist are experts at trimming the extra weight the camera adds.
• Remove Person or Things
We can remove people from your photo (a must for dating photos)and then modify or change backgrounds of your image to improve the image's impact. Please see guidelines.
• Background Changes
We can modify or change the background to improve the image's impact. More often than not, backgrounds include distracting objects, surfaces and poor lighting. We very often simply blur the background to draw better attention to the subject.
• Color Correction
We professionally restore the color balance of your image. Is your face or photo too red, blue, yellow or other color? We can color correct an entire image or specific areas of your image.
• Correct Red Eye
There's nothing more frustrating that having a great picture ruined when a person's eyes are bright red. We can correct this problem and restore the eyes to the natural color.
• Whiten Your Teeth
Occasionally the camera settings will ruin your smile by making your teeth look yellow. We can correct this and give you back your great smile.
• Correct Skin Problems
Skin problems are common in many photographs. We can smooth skin and eliminate redness areas, remove blemishes, and freckles.
• Changes Lighten / Darken Area
We will professionally correct photos with exposure problems.
• Remove Wedding Ring
Is your best picture from the time you were married-and now you are not? We can digitally remove the ring from your finger.
• Add Text Your Photo
You may want to provide information such as: the date, the place, who the other people in your photo are, etc. We can add text of your choice to/above/below your image.
• Background ChangesConvert Your Color Image to Black and White or Sepia
Sometimes these special effects can improve the look of a subject.
• Special Editing
By request we can do many things such as: removing shadows, custom backgrounds, combine photos, remove unwanted reflections, scratches or any other defect that you feel will ruin your important photo... just ask!
